1 General Terms

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the baji999 platform and all its services. They form a legal agreement between users of this platform (hereinafter referred to as "members" or "you") and the service provider.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the primary document. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation or interpretation in another language and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Registering an account on baji999 means you have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of these Terms. If you do not comply with any part of the Terms, you will not have the right to use this platform.

2 Eligibility and Membership

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on baji999 and participate in any casino or betting activity, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Identity documents or other proof may be requested for age verification. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details are truthful. Providing incorrect or false information may delay or cancel the withdrawal process.

3 Account Management

3.1 Protecting Login Details

You must keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing others to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

To ensure security, baji999 may request identity verification documents at any time. If asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document, it must be submitted within the specified time. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Accepted deposit methods on baji999 are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited — the source of the deposit and the member's name must match.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal method and deposit method are not required to be the same, but the details in both cases must match the member's registered information.

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

The withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended for the following reasons:

• Account verification not completed
• Bonus wagering requirements not met
• Security review ongoing due to unusual transactions
• Discrepancies in registered payment details

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, a total of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to any bonus or promotion on baji999:

• A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 must be made before receiving a bonus.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is stated in the individual terms of each bonus.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The baji999 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is based on the net loss for that week: up to 0.3% cashback for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Cashback is also treated as a bonus and wagering requirements may apply.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

All games and betting markets on baji999 are operated properly. Any form of cheating, exploiting software advantages, or colluding with others to operate accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

baji999 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following situations:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If an event is cancelled or postponed and the result remains uncertain
• If evidence of fraudulent activity on a bet is found
• If the type of bet or its rules are violated

6.3 Game Results

Casino game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG). Real dealers or croupiers participate in live casino games. If there is a dispute regarding the result of any game, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

7 Responsible Conduct

7.1 Setting Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for themselves. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately; however, increasing a limit requires waiting through a set cooling-off period.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Any member may suspend their own account for a specific period or permanently. No bonuses or promotional communications will be sent while self-exclusion is active. Once permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot easily be reversed.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. The withdrawable amount remaining in the balance at the time of the request will be returned; however, any bonus balance with unmet wagering requirements will be considered void.

8.2 Closure at Platform's Initiative

baji999 may unilaterally close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or exploiting the system through organised strategies
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information

9 Data Privacy

9.1 Data Security

baji999 uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security technologies to keep members' personal and financial information secure. However, members acknowledge that absolute security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

9.2 Sharing Information with Third Parties

Members' personal information may be shared with selected third parties for the purposes of payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. This is done in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

baji999 aims to keep services available at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen events. Liability for any loss caused by such disruptions is limited.

10.2 Internet Connection Issues

If a bet or game is not completed due to a member's internet disconnection, the outcome of that transaction will be determined according to the information recorded in the system. baji999 is not liable for losses caused by connection issues.

10.3 Third-Party Content

Game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, etc.) have their own terms and policies. baji999 is not directly responsible for the quality of their services or technical issues, but will make efforts to assist in resolving problems.

11 Amendments and Enforceability

11.1 Right to Amend Terms

baji999 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove parts of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Partial Unenforceability

If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The unenforceability of one clause will not render the entire Terms unenforceable.
